- Prior painting experience preferred
- Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing methods is an asset

- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered an asset

- Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and health & safety standards, including IATF/TS16949 and ISO requirements
- Championing company culture through visible leadership and Management by Walking Around (MBWA)
- Protecting confidential employee and business information while supporting departmental and organizational objectives
